This Express Auto Feminized version of the famous Dutch White Widow has taken the cannabis community by storm. White Widow has always been a worldwide favorite, but is now even easier to grow.
Once Phoenix Cannabis Seeds obtained the original White Widow seed, they crossed it with autoflowering strains and created a high quality, fast flowering strain ideal for indoor growing. She creates large resin coated buds that have a distinct Indica quality.
The flowering period of this strain is only 75 days from seed to harvest and indoors the plant will only grow about 50cm, a maximum of 100cm.
The aroma is a citrus sweet and sour, very similar to the original White Widow.
The Royal Queen has ensured for a number of years that the genetic makeup is good and stable to produce a truly superior plant. For an autoflowering strain she has a very impressive yield, yielding around 40 – 160 grams per plant.
This, of course, depends on the growing conditions.
The growing process has only been simplified by the autoflowering nature of the strain and on top of that this strain is feminized.
This means that the crops will be almost 100% female plants instead of a 50/50 division of male and female plants. This means that the grower will save a lot of time, money and effort. Male plants can cause a lot of problems for female plants during the growing period, which means they need to be removed.
This makes these seeds perfect for inexperienced growers or those who simply don’t have much time to spare. Feminized seeds can also be used for breeding; however this process is quite difficult and should not be attempted by anyone other than an experienced breeder.
As difficult as the process is, it’s worth it, the resulting seeds will be of a higher quality and a more impressive level of uniformity. The combination of the short flowering period and the lack of males make this strain very easy to care for.
