This Skunk # 1 is probably the first indoor strain of all time.
Sam the Skunkman brought Skunk #1 seeds to Holland in 1982 and soon after, the famous Amsterdam Super Sativa Seed Club seed bank started working with these seeds. Aladdin’s Skunk is a selection of Skunk n. 1 expertly preserved.
It is a consanguineous lineage (IBL) that exhibits both genetic and sexual stability. All plants have a similar smell, bud structure and flowering time. Aside from the fact that final plant height can vary, it is an incredibly uniform variety.
Contrary to popular belief, the original Skunk # 1 does not have the now known “strong and smelly” scent but rather very sweet and slightly fruity. Skunk # 1 got its name only because skunk plants were very trendy in the 70s and 80s.
What people know as Roadkill Skunk (RKS) is not Skunk #1, but a whole other genetic line.
Characteristics Indica and Sativa in Aladdin’s Skunk Regular by Khalifa Genetics
Although Aladdin’s Skunk Regular by Khalifa Genetics blooms very quickly and produces quite dense floral clusters, she displays elegant foxtail-style buds, thus revealing her Sativa heritage.
Likewise, the plants stretch more than most Afghans, and the buds are quite long.
However, Aladdin’s Skunk blooms very quickly both indoors and outdoors. The plants are usually ready for harvest at the end of September.
Growers can expect a high calyx to leaf ratio and high trichome production. The resin glands are very sticky, greasy and look almost wet. Aladdin’s Skunk is also easy to cut and has great bag appeal.
When looking at the shimmering, sticky flowers of the Skunk with gorgeous bright orange hairs, it’s hard to imagine this strain dating back to the 1970s!
Effect and taste of Aladdin Skunk Regular by Khalifa Genetics
This Skunk not only smells good and looks great, but it’s also very tasty. The taste is very similar to the smell, very sweet with fruity nuances.

She is a great strain both for beginners looking for an easy plant to grow, and for breeders who want a highly stable strain to work with.
