ARTICLE 1 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Upon delivery of the products:
1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract without giving reasons, for a period not exceeding 14 days. The trader is entitled to ask the consumer the reason for such dissolution, but the consumer is not obliged to state his reasons.
2. During the withdrawal period, the consumer must treat the product and its packaging with care. He must open or use the product only as necessary in order to evaluate its nature, characteristics and effectiveness. As a basic rule, the consumer will be able to handle and inspect the product in the same way as he would be allowed to do in a physical store.
3. The consumer is responsible for the devaluation of the product only if it is a consequence of the management of the product other than that permitted in point 2.
ARTICLE 2 – EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Contracts stipulated between a commercial operator and a consumer (and subject to these general terms and conditions) are solely subject to Italian law.

ARTICLE 7 – REFUND CONDITIONS
Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days after purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
A different case is if you are in possession of sufficient proof to remove any doubts from our customer service regarding a possible loss of the shipment (demonstrable customs problem or loss of the package without proof of delivery). In the latter case, the possibility of a refund within 30 days of purchase exists at the discretion of customer support in front of the explanation of the problem provided to us.
Still different is for seed germination problems, which refund extends up to 60 days after purchase. If the method used was the one recommended by our guides to favor the highest germination rate of the seeds, the refund will be paid in a second shipment of the goods, at the discretion of the final choice of the assistance service.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as seeds Individual Blisters cannot be returned. It is not possible to refund orders that are shipped with untracked priority mail without providing valid documentation of the problem within and no later than 30 days following the purchase.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund has been approved or denied.
If you are approved, your refund will only be processed in the method of re-sending the products.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you can vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Furthermore, before being processed any order paid via “Bank Payment” or “Postepay Payment”, the full amount of the purchase must have arrived on the company account provided by email in the last phase of the purchase.
